REHOMING
Make an Enquiry
PPDBA members adhere to a stringent rehoming guarantee which is part of their commitment to responsible breeding practices. This guarantee is applicable for the duration of the dog’s life. When buying a puppy from a registered PPDBA member, you can have the peace of mind that if you need to return your dog to the breeder, they will be able to assist in the rehoming process. Upon purchasing a puppy, discuss the rehoming policy with the breeder.
There are various reasons that your puppy/dog may need to be rehomed including not suitable temperament, you are unable to care for them anymore, unsuitable living environment, financial limitations or change in circumstances. Contact the breeder to discuss your concerns and returning the puppy/dog to them for rehoming.
Rehoming is a requirement of PPDBA Code of Ethics. All breeders must comply with this regulation. If you have any concerns about rehoming your puppy/dog please contact PPDBA. If at any time you have difficulty contacting the breeder please contact PPDBA and we will provide assistance in contacting the PPDBA member.
